I am an Indian CA and CPA (USA). Hunting job in Mel (Aust) since 1 month now but can't find anything. Why?

I have more than 10 years post qualification experience. I have registered with various recruitment agents and have applied for various posts through seek.com and other websites. But no success. Agents say very good CV but no job offer till date. What am I doing wrong or what am I not doing?I am an Indian CA and CPA (USA). Hunting job in Mel (Aust) since 1 month now but can't find anything. most places will prefer to hire locally - are you requesting relocation expenses? that's a lot of extra money companies don;t want to have to pay. Can't you find any positions in the US?
